I'm tentatively putting this in Green Means Go only because they state that they don't negotiate salaries. In the context of their Careers page and the job description (where they explain where they hire people in terms of salary and say they do yearly comp reviews, respectively), it doesn't seem like a flag. But I would definitely recommend you ask for whatever details and data they can give you on this to make sure it truly is an equitable offer for this role's level/band.
