We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at That's Great News. You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers and will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Assist customers with product recommendations and provide information on pricing and availability
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer needs and ensure timely delivery of products
- Identify and escalate any customer concerns or trends to the appropriate teams for resolution
Requirements
