Original Job Description: Integration Support Engineering Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
The Integration Support Engineering Specialist assists our clients and partners with the detailed task of integrating their systems with ours. Strong communication skills and a working knowledge of JSON and XML APIs are key, as is your ability to guide partners through complex projects from start to finish.
Your excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, and your passion for success through quality interactions and support all contribute to both your success as well as the success of our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support our clients and partners and resolve API integration issues by reviewing data logs, communicating with stakeholders, and owning the issue until full resolution
- Work with clients and partners as the primary contact to onboard their products & services via our TazWorks and Mortgage Credit Link APIs
- Work closely with project managers and customer success managers on customer-specific initiatives that involve data translation or integration development
- Communicate with customers to clarify data format requirements•Analyze customer data specifications and provide gap analysis•Build and maintain proficiency of MeridianLink products – including XML and JSON APIs – along with corporate policies and procedures
- Review and understand third-party API documentation•Facilitate training on integration techniques and methods, including creation of documentation for such training
- Contribute to documentation of existing API integrations for both internal and external audiences
JOB SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE: PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a technical or business-related field with programming exposure OR 3 years of experience in a technical support role
- 3 years of experience in customer support/service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a thorough understanding of the need for timely communication and how to manage customer expectations
- Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to stay focused on strategic priorities
- Familiarity with XML and JSON formats
Preferred (one or more of the following):
Prior experience in the HR or tenant screening industry, or prior experience in troubleshooting data flow processes and translation maps

Salary range of $53,300 - $75,200.
