Struggling on the dismount here. Also, you can't introduce a term like "unlimited responsible time off" and then not explain what it means. What kind of time off counts as responsible? And if time off has to be "responsible," is it really unlimited?

The salary is $73,000-$90,000 CAD, which is roughly $51,027-$62,910. This would be pretty terrible for a CSM in the U.S., but I'm not qualified to say whether this is a good comp in Canada. If you live and work in Canada, please chime in!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Procurify is looking for a customer-obsessed, value-driven person who is passionate about building relationships and setting customers up for success!

As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a book of business with a strong focus on maximizing business outcomes by ensuring both the depth and breadth of adoption. You will proactively manage and monitor customer health, identify upsell opportunities, and effectively communicate customer needs cross-functionally while balancing them with business objectives. Additionally, you will enhance the customer journey and embody Procurify’s core values of Creativity, Courage, Curiosity, Compassion, and Customer Obsession. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong alignment to these values, passionate about setting customers up for success.
