This job description is wacky. Some of the responsibilities are reasonable for a role at this level, and some are most definitely not.

For instance, this role reports to a Director of CS, but one of the duties is "Cultivate proactive support culture and processes for scale" (and we know it's important because it appears twice). Why isn't the Director of CS doing that?

Also, if you're requiring 3-5 years of experience and a whole bunch of other "must-haves," then you're hiring for a mid-senior level role, and I'd expect the title (and the pay) to reflect that.
