Original Job Description: Customer Support Lead

The Customer Support Lead will play a critical role in advancing our mission by working closely with our Director of Strategy and Business Operations and Chief Customer Officer to build out a comprehensive B to B Customer Support system and process that ensures we deliver excellent service to our customers. $105,000 - $140,000 a year

The Base Salary Range is for U.S.-based candidates and is dependent on individual experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications.
