About the Role
You will be the voice of Suno: leading community engagement to drive growth and brand love across channels. This person will lead our Discord community of 350K+, working with our mods and MCing our channels, including building community programs. Must have experience managing large Discord groups, and driving engagement on Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. This role includes replying to all incoming social comments and requires the ability to rally a community. This person will own community campaigns from ideation to execution, and have experience with launch strategy, and tracking KPIs like sentiment.

What Youβll Do
- Lead community programs and brand sentiment on Discord; build programs to recognize and empower mods, provide support to members, drive engagement through fun digital activations
- Manage community management, growth + engagement across social platforms, including Discord, IG, TT, X, etc. using social-forward and on-brand tone + voice
- Respond to all comments daily on IG, TT, X, etc - identifying trending conversations to engage in, and strategically sparking more conversations
- Manage community campaigns end-to-end including outreach and email sends
- Have solid judgment in responding to all owned social media comments while maintaining brand voice, creating relationships with followers, and implementing ideas to drive engagement
- Be immersed in social conversations daily, utilize social listening and see all notifications and tags, conversations and mentions - liking and engaging with UGC and creators, flagging UGC for reposting
- Partner cross-functionally with teams like Engineering and Customer Success to relay user feedback and improve the Suno experience
- Manage customer questions and complaints on social; you should be talented with natural customer communication both in public comments and DMs
- Report and track brand sentiment; be proactive with ideas on how to foster brand love, then execute and pivot quickly as needed
- Be a Suno expert, be able to explain how to best use the features and troubleshoot customer concerns
- Design, promote and lead community events - Digital and IRL as needed
- Keep pulse on social media and music trends, pull learnings that can be implemented
What Youβll Need
- Proven experience growing community on the brand side; the ability to create and present strategy and results to leadership
- A passion for social media and building community
- Strong communications skills with good judgment, effective at copywriting, captions, DMs, conversations with influencers, etc
- Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail, proactiveness that comes from a drive to win
- Very creative and plugged-in with the internet, including the latest trends, memes and viral content
- Reliability and great communication with team members
- A natural leader that takes ownership without being asked and runs with it.

Compensation
The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $90,000 - 130,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
