This is an opportunity to join a small team in our customer support department.
As a Customer Support Agent you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Address and resolve customer issues related to disputes, tournaments, billing problems, product/service inquiries, and general user concerns.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers, ensuring they understand the resolution or steps needed to resolve their issues.
- Monitor and manage chat queues to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and maintain high-quality customer service.
- Maintain and exceed set metric goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher levels of support or management as necessary.

- You are an excellent communicator with strong written communication skills, able to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Problem-solving is second nature to you, and you have a knack for finding creative solutions to customer issues.
