Overview of the Senior Technical Support Specialist role

The IT Infrastructure team at Wayspring is responsible for the endpoint technology stack that the company utilizes. The Senior Technical Support Specialist oversees the implementation of technical solutions and manages a complex, dynamic environment. The Senior Technical Support Specialist has a vital, hands-on role in all facets of IT including endpoints, mobile devices, networking, telecom, enterprise applications and security.

A successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, high technical knowledge, and aptitude, and be driven to learn and improve. This person will also possess fundamental knowledge of the environment and the tools being utilized. This individual should be detail-oriented and thorough. The ideal candidate will have experience across various facets of IT and be capable of leading projects and solving complex issues.
