Original Job Description: Trainer and Content Manager

Job Description

This is a remote position.

First Due is seeking a tech-savvy individual with firefighting/EMS experience to deliver highly engaging online and in-person product training to our expanding list of leading public safety agencies.

As a First Due Trainer, you will also be responsible for developing training content. This includes planning, producing, writing, recording, and sharing training content covering First Due’s full suite of software products. Your goals will be to ensure the public safety agencies we work with receive superior product training and have access to a wide range of training content.
