This is an odd one. I’d expect to see both on-the-ground and macro-level responsibilities for a role like this, but it’s in such an odd mix that it comes across as if they didn’t consult the actual Support team when writing it or they’re not actually sure what they want out of the role.

I’d expect to see both on-the-ground and macro-level responsibilities for a role like this, but it’s in such an odd mix that it comes across as if they didn’t consult the actual Support team when writing it or they’re not actually sure what they want out of the role. Also, they say that it’s “not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the [salary] range” – so what’s the point of giving a range, then?
