It is so infuriating when companies want the credit of giving a salary without actually giving the salary, which is such utter bullshit, especially from a company with stated values of "Trustworthiness" and "Accountability."
You should do a general internet search for Therapy Brands. The results are...not good, particularly in light of the fuss they make about how awesome they are on their Careers page.
I don't think they really know why they're hiring a Director of Support, which will likely make actually working in this role unpleasant, to say the least.
I don't even know what this is supposed to mean, but you should NEVER EVER take on risk on behalf of the company employing you unless you're, like, a firefighter or something. Which this is very much not.
Y'all. Whenever a company mentions the actual benefits of a job as "in addition" to the PRIVILEGE and SPLENDOR of simply working for said company, as if being able to feed and provide for the health of your family is secondary to supporting an "iconic brand," well that is a major red flag.
Same deal as with the Customer Success Manager – it's almost the exact same listing, including the degree requirements/GPA question, which seems like even more of a red flag.
I waffled on where this one should go (BINGO or Seriously, Maybe Don't). There's no Careers page, just a perfunctory EO statement at the bottom of their Jobs page along with a frankly alarming Values statement.
Even aside from the problems in individual descriptions (of which there are plenty), having “Check out our open roles and see if you can make the cut” on your Careers page is an automatic Bingo for me, sorry not sorry.
