Implementation Product Specialist - Fire Documentation/ePCR - Canada
As with the Director of Support role, no comp given, no mention of benefits anywhere.
Didn’t quite hit bingo, but there were several yellow flags or more than one red flag.

This isn't necessarily a red flag given the nature of First Due's product (software for EMS and Fire agencies), but when I read this I thought for sure they'd have a great compensation package to go with this requirement! But nope, they don't.
I'm not putting this in Tread Carefully because anything in the job is jumping out at me specifically – let's say it's a general wariness about Google's working environment and the fact that, again, the company doesn't address how they protect the mental health of those working in Trust & Safety.
The job description overall seems fine, but the pay is piddly for an onsite role in San Francisco, especially for a technical role. It's low enough, in fact, that I'm putting it in Tread Carefully.
If I score this strictly, it could be a BINGO, but I'm not going to. Honestly, for the right person, going in with their eyes open (and assuming the pay doesn't suck)? It could be an interesting, meaty role.
"You want to be with the best" -- No. Throw me in the dumpster. Those trash pandas are my real family.
Do not do a shot every time you read the words "competent" or "competence." You will die of alcohol poisoning.
Duties are pretty standard for a role like this, as are the qualifications. What's frustrating is the lack of standard info, like salary, benefits, or even normal hints about the rest of the company, so I'm putting it in Tread Carefully.
I really, really hate when the salary is good for leadership roles but poor for frontline roles. The salary is especially egregious considering that it's billed as a technical role, with fluency in Spanish or Portuguese as a nice-to-have. I literally booed when I read that.
Other than the product being a dystopian nightmare and the fact that "View Open Positions" just directs back to LinkedIn, the job itself is okay. There's a misalignment between the duties of the role and the job title, and the salary is oddly wide. I think this goes firmly in Tread Carefully.
It's a neat, actually useful product, but there are some definite red flags in the job description, so I advise caution and strategic questions if you end up interviewing.
I'm putting this in Tread Carefully because although the product legitimately sounds cool, there's a certain old-school vibe I get from this job listing that makes me think they're looking for a clean-shaven, middle-aged white dude with an MBA from a midwestern school and a Chinos fetish.
Role reports to the CFO, which is an interesting choice.
For the most part, the job description is well-written and honest, but no salary transparency means that this job goes into Tread Carefully.

Roblox apparently employs over 2000 people. I have combed through every single Careers-related page, even watched every video, and I honestly can't tell you if a single Black person works there.
Considering the highly sensitive investigations required and the disturbing content involved, Meta doesn't talk at all about how they'll support the mental health of the person in this role.
They repeat "dynamic environment" a lot. There are several other Success and Support roles open and the ones I've seen are pretty fair compensation-wise, so worth a look if working in a "fast moving dynamic environment" doesn't phase you.
This seems intentionally worded to be confusing: "Exceptional 401k Match: We've got your financial future covered. Enjoy an 80% match of the first 10% deferral."
That's a suspiciously wide salary range. Also, the "ensure 100% client retention with high client satisfaction (9/10+ NPS scores)" made me do a double-take.
The application requires you to create an account with Dayforce, which seems like an even more corporate Workday, which I honestly didn't think was possible.
